The villa comprises two separate apartments, which are let only as a combined unit and exclusively to a single group of guests. The ground floor comprises a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. From here, you have direct access to the balcony and the spacious outdoor area, which features a private swimming pool and a children’s play area. As a separate flat, the first floor comprises two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a living/dining area and a kitchen. Here you’ll also find two balconies, from which you can enjoy a view of the pool area whilst sipping a cup of coffee.

The outdoor dining area by the pool, which seats 12, is the perfect place to spend time with the whole family over a delicious Istrian dinner.

IMPORTANT: Bookings (check-in & check-out) for Villa Renata in July and August are only available from Sunday to Sunday. Villa Renata is situated in Kastelir, near the town of Poreč. The villa is just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest restaurant and shop, and only a few kilometres from the old town of Poreč – the area’s tourist hotspot with all its sports, dining and entertainment facilities. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica is the symbol of this coastal town. The nearest beach is approximately 6 km from the villa. As the coast is easily accessible by car, there are many different beaches for you to explore. The inland area of this part of Istria offers numerous walking and cycling trails, as well as the chance to discover the small towns and their cultural and culinary specialities.
