We are just across for Johnson Lake State recreation Area and its great trout fishing. It has a small sitting area with a sleeping area above. The sleeping area can be configured with either 2 single beds or a King size bed (please specify your choice). It has a bath room with a shower only and a kitchenette. No stove. There is a grill available for you cooking needs. An electric skillet and crockpot are also available. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating, and they welcomed our dog warmly. The cabin is a short walk to the lake for fishing, and is easy to find as well. It's far enough away from town to feel like an escape, but close enough to drive in for dinner. The stairs up to the bedroom are very steep, with a low overhang, so keep that in mind.
