"The front lobby was dark when we arrived. Staff did not seem like they were eager to check us in. The room was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, toilet had poop stuck in the bowl, garbage behind the nightstand. Additionally, there was an old stove full of grease sitting by the stairs, beer cans, and other garbage. "

"Great place to stay !! Employees go out of there way to help. Very courteous and the rooms are immaculate.. everything is pricey in Alaska. Rooms were booked for a fair price! Shuttle to town every hour ! Lovely area"

"Dirty room. Very hot room. Had to open a window and use a box fan to cool the room. Then we got accused of stealing a blanket off the bed. The manager started out nice and then said you people stole the blanket and need to return it or get charged 250 dollars. Don’t stay here!!!"

"Room was 10/10 wonderful space, clean and beautiful. Would totally stay there again. Beautiful property. Not a huge fan of no front office/ self check in, it didn’t work for us so we had to wait, coffee shop wasn’t open yet which was rough because you’re not “in town” and not any trails around the property we found. Would love if they were pet friendly but would try them out again over the summer when we are back for games or quick weekend since we don’t live far."
