The staff were friendly. The family room that we stayed in for three nights on the third floor was extremely noisy from 9pm until 3-4 am. It sounded like there was a nightclub close by. We did not have a restful sleep. I should have asked for another room on the second night.

Second stay at the property, I would stay again despite the indifference of the front desk. The service was improved from my first visit but hospitality is not a thing here. Paul at the Skydeck was the absolute best at customer service, he could teach everyone else on staff how to provide customer service, and they could use a crash course 👍

The property was great and good room service and large and comfortable room. The rooftop pool was amazing and the hotel is close to local mall and IT Park a quick Grab ride away. The only problem was the wifi was a little slow for download streaming TV like Apple TV and uploading YouTube videos compare ...
