#### Schöne Wohnung, irreführende Inklusivleistungen
Das Check-in war sehr freundlich und schnell erledigt. Allerdings waren wir zuerst etwas irritiert als wir das Gebäude von aussen gesehen haben. Es sieht schrecklich aus. Die Wohnung ist jedoch sehr schön, gross, gemütlich und sauber. In der Buchung stand, dass Mineralwasser, Seife und Shampoo inkl. sind. Allerdings war nichts davon in der Wohnung. Dann haben wir die Waschmaschine für die Strandtücher genutzt und es gab eine Überschwemmung. Als ich die Empfangsdame über alles fehlende und die Waschmaschine informiert habe, war sie verständnisvoll und hat sich entschuldigt, allerdings hat das Reinigungspersonal nach Ausreden gesucht. Die Seife haben sie noch nachfüllen wollen aber wir hätten schon eingecheckt (Checkin ist um 14 Uhr, wir waren nach 15 Uhr da), und dass sie die Waschmaschine nie benutzen etc. Auch sagten sie, dass sie nie Wasser bereitstellen. Ich weiss, dass das kein Muss ist, aber wenn es in der Zimmerbeschreibung steht und ich dafür bezahle, dann erwarte ich die genannten Sachen vorzufinden. Kurz nach dem Gespräch kam ein Techniker für die Waschmaschine der sagte, dass das schon mal passiert ist, aber es nicht geflickt wurde. Er hat dann den Wasserschlauch mit Klebeband befestigt…. Das Frühstück war sättig nd, allerdings nichts spezielles. Die Duschkabine wurde nicht verfugt, weshalb es nach dem Duschen auch immer eine kleine Überschwemmung im Badezimmer gab.

#### İdeal bir konum ve her şeye ve yere yakın bir otel
Temizlik durumu iyi. Otel yakın zamanda yenilenmiş. Kaliteli malzemeler kullanılmış. Temizlik daha detaylı yaklaşımla yapılabilir. Ancak her türlü soruna çok kısa sürede yanıt alıyorsunuz. Personel çok ilgili ve samimi, güler yüzlü. Otelin konumu çarşıya 100-150 metre ve fakat gürültü almıyor. Rahatça konakladık.

Avantajları: 1) Konumu çok iyi, merkezde, yürüme mesafesi 2) Hotel yeni, geniş odalar, balkonlu Dezavantajları: 1) Temizlik çok daha iyi olmalı 2) Daha profesyonel deneyimli çalışanlar olmalı lobide, belki de Hotel sahibinin başında olması veya iyi bir müdür ile Hoteli yönetmesi gerekir. 3) kahvaltı zenginleştirilmeli, kahvaltı salonu daha sempatik hale getirilebilir Hotel çok fazla modern, daha sempatik ve ruh katan bir dizayn Kaş'a daha yakışır.

#### Apart oda?
Apart oda diye geçen yer otelden bağımsız bir yer. Otele yakın olan bir apartmanın bir dairesi restore edilmiş onu oda olarak gösteriyorlar. Apartman çok eski bir apartman yoldan aşağıda merdiven ile iniliyor. Sonra apartmana giriyorsun asansör yok merdivenlerden çıkarak 1.kata çıkıyorsun. Apartmanın ve odanın için nem ve küf kokuyor. İlk önce havasız kalmıştır diye düşündük havalandırdık ama geçmedi. Eşim ve kızım astım hastası nefes darlıkları gelişti. Neden oldu acaba diye düşünürken klimaların filtrelerine baktık küf içindeydi. Oda değişikliği talep ettik odaları olmadıklarını çatı katında kalırsanız dediler gittik baktık orası da muhtemelen oda değil personelin falan dinlendiği bir yer boyumuz çok uzun olmamasına rağmen kafamız tavana değecek yükseklikte idi. Gece 0.30da apart oda dedikleri yeri nefes darlığı nedeniyle terk etmek zorunda kaldık geceyi arabada geçirdik. Bu kadar olay yaşamamıza rağmen ilk gün parasını da iade etmeyeceklermiş Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Sadece klima filtrelerinin fotografını yüklüyorum yorumu size bırakıyorum

Rezervasyonumuzu 2+2 oda olarak yaptım. 2+1 müstakil daire verdiler. İçi yeni, modern bir daire idi. Beyaz eşya dahil herşey tamdı. Dairede 3 TV vardı. Konum.olarak tam merkezde. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve menü geniş. Kahvaltida el yapımı poğaça, pişi ve kek gibi yiyecekler de sunuluyor. Kahvaltı kısmında görevli personel çok kibar ve güler yüzlü

Genel olarak iyi bir deneyim yaşadık. Otel yeni ve çok temiz. Rezervasyon ve oda servisi konusunda yaşadığımız problemlerde de personelden hızlı destek aldık. Ramazan Bey Konağında kaldım.Çokk güzel her şey yeni çarşaflar banyo tertemiz. 2 katlı olması ve balkonu olması avantajdı,mini dolap çok güzel soğutuyor.Kahvaltı güzel ve anında pişirilip konuyor. 2 yaşında çocuğumuz var klimanın petek tipi olması sayesinde hiç üşütmeden tatilimizi bitirdik

#### Konforlu bir otel
Konumu merkezde yeni bir butik otel. Harika bir otel her şeyiyle, kahvaltısı, odaları, temizliği, çalışanları hepsini çok beğendik. Yine gitsem başka otel aramam yine burayı tercih ederim.
