Patara 145 has a fantastic location, set within the charming resort of Club Patara, Kalkan. There's a handful of swimming pools, a restaurant and spa, and direct sea access all on your doorstep. The perfect place for a relaxing mediterranean holiday. This stylish 2 bedroom property has a private terrace where you can enjoy balmy nights, dining alfresco.  
  
The Space:  
The tastefully decorated property has a comfortable living room set within an open plan design. There's a comfortable seating area to one side with decorative corner fireplace facing patio doors which lead out to the covered terrace which has ample space - the perfect place to enjoy long lunches whilst soaking up the views across Kalkan. The L-shaped kitchen area can be accessed up 2 steps from the living area and has all the mod cons you need for your holiday.  
  
The property has 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin - which can be reached from the ornate staircase to the first floor each with their own en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have fantastic views towards the sea and kalkan harbour.
