About this property

An exclusive very private villa with stunning sea views

  • This villa was built as a family home and has a large walled garden for perfect privacy with 2 barbecue areas and a swimming pool overlooking the whole of Kalkan Bay to Mouse and Snake Islands.

    There are 5 en-suite bedrooms within the villa, two being at the pool level as slightly separate accommodation but still part of the villa. One bedroom is on the same level as the living area, and two are upstairs with the best views of all over the bay and to Kalkan Town.

    The modern American style kitchen and large open plan living area offer plenty of space for a large family get together.

    There is a covered terrace with a large dining table and seating for 10.

    The pool area leads on to grassed areas perfect for children to play. The good sized pool and sun loungers are placed to make the most of the sun. For early and late season the pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please ask for the price.
