"A lovely small hotel very close to the centre of Kas . Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful . Rooms were spacious and clean, we could have done with a balcony which is the only negative. Decoration of all hotel was lovely"

"The breakfast was delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in second floor with sea view, and we can see the amphitheater too. Amazing view on the balcony. We really recommend this hotel."

"I have stayed at this location before and it has maintained - indeed exceeded this time - its outstanding standard and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Its location is also perfect being close to the centre of Kas and between two of the towns best ancient sites."

"Loved our stay at this hotel! The front desk man was super helpful and we loved that beach towels and snorkeling gear were free to borrow. Breakfast was fantastic and the location of the hotel was close to everything."

"Close to town"

"The location was top notch just a five minute walk from the city center. However the staff did not know English very well, on top of it gave us the highest room in the building when it was three of us with big suitcases and no lift!! They didn’t clean our beds and breakfast was limited. Very mid service from staff."

"Perfect location and staff!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent and the roof top area was a great space. Close to shops and port. Enjoyed swimming off rocks half way between little pebble and big pebble beach, tracks head down on to rocks off a flat helicopter pads area."

"Elike and Sarkan were very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. My room had a very nice view to the sea. I liked the location as it was close to city center but at the same time it was not too busy. Loved the breakfast! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back."
