Διαμέρισμα στον κήπο με δύο υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι με τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα και μπάνιο 4 άτομα μπορούν να κοιμηθούν. Διαθέτει τη δική του βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα στην παραλία και στην είσοδο του κύριου κήπου. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη ακόμη και για μια μεγάλη διαμονή. Υπάρχει φούρνος, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα και άλλες συσκευές.  
Η παραλία απέχει μόνο 200μ., Ώστε να μπορείτε να περπατήσετε εκεί.   
Η καμπύλη είναι πολύ ήσυχη, σχεδόν δεν υπάρχει θόρυβος εκτός από τη θορυβώδη θάλασσα. Οι επισκέπτες έχουν καλό ύπνο.  
Η περιοχή της Καρύστου είναι γνωστή για τη φύση και το καλό φαγητό
