The courtesy bus was great, took us to the station and from there we had our trips to Sorrento, Amalfi and Napoli. The breakfast was very nice, the views were amazing from the rooftop of the hotel with a glass of morning fizz in hand! The restaurant in the evening in the hotel grounds was faultless, the food was amazing and the staff exceptional. During the day the pool area was very calm, the lifeguard / pool attendant kept it spotless, he was a fountain of local knowledge. Thank you, Medusa we had a wonderful time and would thoroughly recommend your beautiful hotel"

The location of the hotel is also excellent -- 5 min walk to the ferries. 30 second walk to the downtown stretch of restaurants. Hotel is outdated but that's the charm. The elevator is small so you might need to take multiple trips with luggage. Room was good, no issues. Breakfast in the morning was really great and worth the time to enjoy before spending the day on the coast. Staff was very helpful with directions, recommendations, and checking in/out."
