"Great hotel in area where not much is happening. Lot of hospitals in the area and a few restaurants. We travelled as a family and liked the hotel. Only 200 meters from train station, so you can be in downtown Perth in 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a la carte. If you have breakfast included in your stay, you can choose an item from the menu for free. Only thing is that only instant coffee is included, so if you like real coffee, you will need to pay for it yourself. Rooms are big...

Loved my stay; felt like a home-away-from-home stay. Also excellent to have undercover parking plus plenty of street parking. And lots of fab cafes and restaurants nearby.
