I never caught his name he did not introduce himself. My wife was recovering from surgery and the 45 odd minutes it took to confirm the booking greatly affected her, having to sit in the car whilst that was being sorted out. The first thing I saw when we finally got in to the apartment was a glass dining table with smear...
