Aros luxury villas is a newly built (2021) complex of 4 villas.  
It is located in a very quiet area just 100 meters from the sea and 3 Km from the city center.  
The modern design and their minimalist style combine simplicity, comfort and luxury.  
Each villa is independent with a private pool of 25 sq.m. and parking.  
Free wifi   
Each villa is 75 sq.m. elegantly decorated with two bedrooms (one master) air conditioned and 2 wc (hairdryer). It can accommodate 4-5 people and offers an equipped kitchen with fridge and cooking hobs, microwave, water kettle, cooking utensils, espresso machine, dining area, spacious living room with sofa and 43-inch smart tv. Veranda 80sq.m. outdoor living room, dining area, sun loungers, shower, private pool with hydromassage with full sea views. Ideal for families and couples looking for a luxurious holiday retreat.
