The fully equipped open kitchen features 1 hot plate, an oven, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are also available on this level. The ground floor hosts 3 bedrooms: the first and second each feature 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third bedroom also features 1 French bed of the same dimensions (160 cm width, 200 cm length), along with a private shower and WC, satellite TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace.
The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and functions as a self-contained living space.
