Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets at a glance from the front porch. The house is within a few minutes of a couple boat launches. It also has approximately 143' of water frontage.
The space
This house is on approximately 3 acres and includes a boat house. There is a tree swing in the front yard. The front porch has a few stairs and a wheelchair ramp. The house is about 1500 square feet and includes a master bedroom with one king bed and one bathroom with shower and garden tub. It includes a 32" TV with an antennae. Second bedroom includes queen bed and twin bunk beds. Third bedroom also includes queen bed and twin bunk beds. There is a shared bathroom with a tub and shower. The living room has a 58" Roku TV and DVD Player. The internet service is StarLink. Dining room has a sliding patio door that opens to the back yard.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of one locked closet in the master bedroom.
Other things to note
Currently, the boathouse does not have electricity. There is a generator to lift the boat out of the water. Items provided for your stay: makeup remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee and coffee pods, laundry detergent tabs, and dryer sheets.
