You can relax and unwind in a beautifully located and luxuriously furnished apartment (70 sqm) directly in the marina. The apartment in a quiet location was located in the Hafenidyll holiday complex in Karlshagen, which was completed in 2013. The Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen is located in the north of the island of Usedom between Zinnowitz and Peenemünde. The Baltic Sea resort, located in the middle of a beautiful pine forest, is the ideal vacation spot for families, those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. In all seasons, the place invites you to go for a walk and bike. A long, wide sandy beach offers ideal conditions for bathers. Peace and relaxation in nature is typical of the Baltic Sea resort. Hafenidyll 58:
The apartment with a size of 70sqm can be used by 4 + 1 people and is rented all year round. The three rooms have a kitchen with dishwasher, dining / living area, high chair, shower / toilet, satellite TV, furnished balcony, parking space directly at the house, storage room and bicycle shed. Bed linen and towels can be booked with the caretaker before arrival.   We are looking forward to your visit.

Super FeWo mit einigen kleinen Mängeln

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von der FeWo - uns haben schon die Fotos überzeugt, aber vor Ort noch schöner. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ein großer Pluspunkt war, dass sie viele Kinderspielsachen beinhaltet. Da wir mit einem Kleinkind gereist sind, waren die Spielzeuge ein Segen. Im folgenden eine kleine Übersicht über Pro/Contra: Pro: - Kinderspielzeug, Kinderstuhl, Kinderreisebett - Internetanschluss - sehr bequemes Sofa :) - Tisch-Grill - Bügeleisen mit kleinem Bügelbrett - schöner Ausblick - geschmackvolle Einrichtung - unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out - 1 Parkplatz dirket für die FeWo und weitere Parkmöglichkeiten bei Anreise mit mehreren Autos Contra: - kaum Stauraum für Essenseinkäufe - kein Handfeger bzw. Besen - vorhandener Staubsauger defekt und für Fliesen nicht besonders geeignet - keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern (riesige Spinnen kommen gerne mal in die Wohnung rein) - Internet ist auf 100 GB pro Monat begrenzt (die Mieter vor uns haben wohl das meiste Datenvolumen am Anfang des Monats aufgebraucht) - schwere Handhabe mit Kalt-/Warmwasser-Einstellung im Bad (um angenehm warmes Wasser zu erhalten, muss man auf volle Stärke heiß einstellen und dann bei voller Stärke Wärmegrad anpassen - jegliche Änderungen in der Wasserstrahl-Stärke führen dazu, dass man nur heißes oder kaltes Wasser bekommt) - Bettwäsche und Handtücher nur gegen Aufpreis - leider musste man der Kurtaxen-Abrechnung hinterher rennen (bei uns leider ohne Erfolg)

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hell. Es hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist schön, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Den Strand in Karlshagen hat man schnell erreicht. Für einen leckeren Imbiss ist Ehmke's Fischladen genau richtig und in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Kleines Manko ohne WLAN, aber es geht auch ohne 😉.

Für Aktivurlauber ideal

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist für Familien ideal. Da wir 4 Senioren waren , ist das 2. Schlafzimmer etwas spartanisch (schräge Wände, kein Schrank). Die Lage des Objektes mit Blick auf die Wiesenhat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten jeden Tag beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon den herrlichen Blick genießen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Sauber und schön einrichtet.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern hier. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Die Doppelbetten sind sehr bequem. Wir kommen gern wieder.
