In the first bedroom there is a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) in the second 2 single beds (each 80 x 200) and in the third a single bed (90 x 200 cm). The ground floor is the living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, and a guest toilet with shower. The holiday home has a terrace with garden furniture. The property is not completely fenced. We recommend the apartment for 5 persons. The cottage is not suitable for guest groups under 25 years. We expressly point out that we attach importance to the well-being of the neighbors, to a correspondingly quiet living and mutual consideration The comfortable, built in 2018 Ferienhaus Sinha in the Baltic Sea Karlshagen is one of two semi-detached houses and in a newly developing holiday area in close proximity to the marina and the Usedom Nature Park on a beautiful plot with large lawn. It is a semi-detached holiday home. The house has a floor space of 76 sqm. This half-detached holiday house with large sun terraces offers plenty of space and is equipped with patio furniture. The holiday double houses (Sinha and Wis) are high quality and tastefully decorated. All rooms have windows, so they are bright and friendly. These two semi-detached houses have a total of 10 people and 1 baby enough space and are therefore very suitable for large families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday together. Two car parking spaces are available at this Doppelhaushäft each guest. In the Wohnzimmenr the dining area with fully equipped kitchens, flow into each other. The living room has a couch with table and a stove. You will feel at home in the house Sinha, so that the stay is pure from the first day. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern. Die Kinder mochten gerne im Garten spielen. Die Räume waren alle schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Strand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß schlecht zu erreichen. So war man eine Stunde unterwegs bis man seine Frühstücksbrötchen hatte. Mit Fahrrad und Auto ist aber alles super zu erreichen. Die Regendusche ist super. Der Ort und die Orte drumherum sind toll. Man kann mit Kindern viel unternehmen. ##### Nadine K.
