Non smoking apartment for max 2 pers. on 35m ² all year round usable 1 living room a bedroom kitchenette, shower / WC, TV, radio, wifi. Terrace with garden loungers, parasol, dining table and barbecue .Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, these are please bring along. Parking at the object, no extra costs. To the beach, as well as to the sporting-cultural events about 20 minutes.  
  
Quietly located, surrounded by greenery, lies the apartment "dune". In 2011, the apartment was redesigned. Apartment for max 2 pers. usable on 35m ² all year round. Bedroom: single beds put together, laminate floor. Living room: tiled floor terracotta, relaxation armchair LCD TV, radio, W-Lan, (free of charge) kitchenette with fridge coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster ceramic hob 2 plates and dishes. (No oven) Bathroom: shower / WC, hair dryer.   
Sun terrace with loungers, parasol, / grill and charcoal included. Bed linen and towels are to be brought along. Parking at the object, no extra costs. To the beach, as well as to the sporting-cultural events about 20 minutes.
