Every room in the hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly. The spa was nice, it could have had a more comfortable resting area though and at the bar some fresh fruity drinks. The beds are very hard. The breakfast is good, you get fresh eggs and pancakes.

Lage, Sauberkeit, freundlichkeit - alles Super

Alles war wie erhofft, sauber und freundliches Personal. Sogar das Frühstück war überraschend velseitig. Die Lage ist sowieso sehr zentral und mit den Bussen 1 und 2 kann man sehr schöne Touren rund um Karlsbad machen.

The hotel is very nice, clean, kept in good condition. The rooms are big, the beds are not very comfortable. The spa is very clean with the nice swimming pool. The restaurant is clean, but the food served specially at dinner time is not so good.

Gutes und modernes Hotel .

Sauberes Hotel und nettes Personal. Essen ok. Anwendungen und Massagen wie halt in Kuranstalten. Einziges Manko sehr viel Russen die sich beim Essen nicht benehmen können. Teller übervoll und die Hälfte bleibt liegen. In den Hotelstatuten steht "außerhalb des Zimmers kein Handy" wird leider nicht beachtet und das Personal sagt nichts. Genauso in der Saune. Hier heißt es nackt Bereich. Aber viele Gäste sitzen im Badeanzug oder Badehose ohne Handtuch in der Sauna und im Wirlpool. Auch hier sagt das Personal nichts. Schade, ist ja auch unhygienisch. Da sollte mehr darauf geachtet werden.

Egy igazán kellemes hotel, egy gyönyörű városban

A hotel szép, modern, tiszta. A személyzet kedves, figyelmes. Az ételek változatosak, finomak. A szakácsok nagyszerűek. Egyetlen apró malőr volt, ami inkább megmosolyogtató, mint bosszantó: páromnak az 50. születésnapja volt (ez volt tőlem a születésnapi ajándéka). Nem jeleztem ezt külön a hotelnek, mégis felköszöntötték; míg a wellness-részen voltunk, az ágyára tettek egy doboz bonbont egy születésnapi üdvözlő kártyával - kellemes meglepetés volt. Csak itthon vettük észre, hogy a bonbon szavatossági ideje már egy éve lejárt.

Hotel reposant et confortable

La station thermale de Karlovy Vary est très fréquentée par les Russes. Parler le russe est donc nécessaire pour y apprécier son séjour. Russophone, j'ai testé de dialoguer en anglais avec le staff mais le résultat fut vite décourageant. La chambre est sympa, le petit-déjeuner est bon, la piscine est assez grande avec un prêt gracieux de serviettes et la fourniture d'un peignoir pour tout le séjour.

Neubau in zweiter Reihe. Keine aussicht, aber gleich an der gartenkollonade. Shopping stree um die Ecke. Wellnessbereich sauber, nicht riesig aber absolut ausreichend. Viele russische Gäste, aber angenehm. Gute Küche mit hoher Qualität der Zutaten.

Im Zentrum von Karlsbad

Das Hotel ist in der Ausstattung wirklich klasse. Das die Kosmetik nur von Montag bis Freitag geöffnet ist, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die schlechten Deutschkenntnisse an der Rezeption und Massageabteilung muß verbessert werden. Die Terminvereinbarung von Massagen muß verbessert werden. Ich mußte öfters nachfragen mit Wartezeit um zwei Massagen buchen zu können. Die Masseurin war unhöflich und nicht unbedingt ansprechend (Mundgeruch bei einer Manager-Kopfmassage sind nicht angenehm). Der Pool und die Saunen sind richtig gut (Achtung: Die Fußbodenfliesen sind nicht rutschfest!!)

Готель відповідає своїй категорії. Хотілося би більшого різноманіття страв. В середу влаштовують вечір чешської кухні. Нам сподолось. Але ми за 9 днів попали лише один раз. Чешську кухню можна представляти частіше ніж раз в тиждень. Мала кількість процедур.

Nice Hotel Stay

I was pretty impressed with this hotel. The photographs shown are good representations of how the rooms look in person. They are very modern and include the basic amenities such as mini fridge, television, hair dryer, safe, ect. The room seemed very clean and well maintained. However, my only complaint on the room was the hardness of the mattress. It was extremely firm. I am young and normally do not complain about such things (I actually prefer a firmer mattress), but this was a bit too firm. I was pleased with the hotel’s spa. The prices were good and they offered a variety of services. My husband and I received a massage and we both greatly enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was nice. Although it was not directly in the center of the city, it is in very short walking distance. There are plenty of shops, spas, parks, and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was also very friendly. Although there was some trouble with finding my reservation, they quickly resolved the problem and I had no trouble getting a room.
