Very good location and nice rooms. Breakfast is ok. We wanted to use the spa facilities, but were unable to find how to make a reservation. At the reception (where the receptionist barely spoke any english or german, even though she was very sweet) we were sent to the spa and at the spa we were sent to the reception. The pool was nice, so we used that, but the lights in the sauna were off and there was no one to be found to help us. Also, no airconditioning in the rooms or restaurant. If you're just there for a short visit (not for the spa) and the weather isn't too hot: great hotel. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.

In the heart of KV

Great location, in the very heart of the town, very good quality of accommodation, clean, friendly check in and overall great service. Big advantage is parking in the hotel back yard. We will be back! 😃

Antiguo edicifio aún en restauro. Lo restaurado está quedando bien, sobre todo el SPA y la piscina interior. El personal no maneja inglés y se hace difícil la comunicación. Hubo un error en la reserva y nos enviaron a una suite por una noche de la que tuvimos que pagar el precio completo, que era el doble de lo que habíamos reservado. No hubo forma de negociar: o aceptábamos o nos teníamos que buscar otro alojamiento. Nos hicieron sentir como que nos estaban haciendo un favor.

Nicht das was ich erwartet habe!!

Hallo, wir waren über Silvester bei euch im Hotel . Wir haben dieses Hotel insbesondere wegen der und Poollandschaft gebucht . Als wir dort angekommen sind wurde uns gesagt das diese Poollandschaft bis März renoviert wird. Hätten wir das davor gewusst, hätten wir uns zweimal überlegt dieses Hotel zu buchen. Ausserdem haben wir 40 Euro Parkgebühr für 4 Nächte gezahlt (10 Euro pro Nacht) . Das Positive war die zentrale Lage des Hotels und das Frühstücksangebot . Wenn es nach uns geht buchen wir dieses Hotel nichtmehr!!

Hotel Overbooked

We arrived at hotel reception to be informed that our reservation could not be honoured. It was very difficult to comprehend as the principal languages used in this hotel are Russian and German. It amazes me that with modern technology available (such as text message) we were not advised in advance of the problem.

Decent hotel close to the center

The best thing about the hotel is its location right at the center of Karlovy Vary. Room is ok, however we were disappointed with breakfast: limited selection, food was not fresh, and restaurant not very clean. We also didn'thave the chance to try any of the spa services since staff was on holiday.

Zentrale Lage

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Freundlicher Service. Zimmer sind super. Frühstück ist nicht so super es ist empfehlenswert außerhalb essen zu gehen. Der Spabereich ist sehr klein und es steht nur die Sauna zur Verfügung die gut ist. Schön wäre ein Scwimmbecken und eine Dampfsauna. Die Massage war angenehm. Fazit: Super Hotel für Erholung und Übernachtung zum günstigen Preis. Aber für komplettes Wellnessprogramm ungeeignet.

Wir wurden enttäuscht in: - Freundlichkeit des Personals ( im Speiseraum weder ein Hallo noch ein Blick) - Saunagang musste angemeldet werden - keine Möglichkeit zum Trinken in der Sauna - keine Hotelbar - Speisesaal sehr unpersönlich und anonym - Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, kein Willkommensgruss - Parkgebühr pro Nacht 10Euro, wovon wir vor Buchung nichts wussten

Não chega perto ao padrão do Windsor. Para a cidade pequena é um hotel razoável mas não deveria ter esse nome. Não tem ninguém para ajudar com as malas e se for no verão cuidado pq não tem ar condicionado nos quartos e isso não é avisado. Café da manhã bem ruim.
