Karlsbad ist immer eine Reise wert und erst recht mit diesem Hotel, auch wenn ich mir keine geteilte Matratze und mehr Haken z.B. für die Bademäntel gewünscht hätte

Great hotel but no "open" spa area

We had a great stay at Quisisana palace. The room was nice and clean, the staff was very polite. Only complaint would be that there is no spa area that you can just access when you please, you can only book a private spa suite for a 2 hour window for about 85 Euro. This messed with our plans to just lay around and relax as we only had this 2 hour window to do so. The private spa suite was wonderful but the time was not enough. Would stay here again if our intention is not a Spa Weekend

Wonderful hotel located in a really nice part of town, within walking distance of everything. Hotel staff was wonderful and the room was gorgeous and very well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in this town.

숙박후기

리셉션은 믿을수 없을정도로 친절했고 방의 컨디션이 매우 좋았다. 뷰는 기대하지 말것. 위치는, 이지역 전체를 돌아다니기엔 먼곳에 떨어져있다 의사의 진단과 치료를 받으며 머물고 휴식하기엔 좋을것 같지만, 우리처럼 하루이틀 이 지역 여행을 위해 숙박만 하기에는 적절하지 않다. 위치가 가장 아쉬움. 아침식사를 호텔 예약시 추가하지 않고 현지에서 추가할경우 상상하지 못한 추가요금이 발생할것이다. 훌륭한조식이지만 아침식사에 그렇게 큰 비용을 지불한것이 후회된다.

A perfect place to stay in Karlovy Vary. Most other hotels there are shabby. And there’s a bar in Pupp hotel just accross the river, which is the only one that stays open until 1am :)

Oasis comfort during the Summer Heat

The drive into town is spectacular so we knew we were in for a real treat! Upon entering the building (and easily leaving our car parked out front; they have valet service for a cost of 550 czk for 24 hours) we were greeted by a very friendly front desk who escorted us to our amazing room for the night; our bags were already in the room when we entered. The room was spacious, cool and exuded comfort! You could live in this room...so much storage space! The view was also nice facing a hill and other buildings. The toilet was a hoot and reminded us of when we lived in Korea with its cleaning and drying option. We ordered room service and my husband said the pasta was authentic and transported him to Italy. In short, I highly recommend this hotel!

World class at a great value

This is a high end boutique hotel that is a simply amazing value for the money.Well appointed rooms ,rain head showers.Pleanty of English language stations (for Europe).Right in the middle of the old city.Across from the Hotel Pupp. Valet parking.The day we left,I didn’t have to ask for the car,they had already brought it up. Breakfast was an amazing creative choice of different European cuisines. The staff was energetic,friendly and as helpful as you wanted them to be.We showed up in shorts and t-shirts and they treated us like we were part of the Royal Family Air conditioning is cold. Hey,this one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

晚上回到酒店发现空调无法关闭而且有噪音，酒店给我们换了一间房，浴室非常非常小。酒店位置不错，景色很一般，早餐是点餐的，不是自助形式。建议还是选折对面的普普大饭店。

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Stil...

Das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight. Es gibt kein Buffet, sondern man kann aus der Karte wählen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Englische Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wonderful experience

Arrived in Karlovy Vary around 12nn, the receptionist told us our room is prepared already, he is very polite and kind. Our room is decorated very decently with a king-size bed, sheets and duvets are very comfy.They provide Bvlgari's bathroom supplies, nothing to complain at all! I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel with their breakfast, it's the most delicious breakfast I've ever had. 3-5 breakfast sets to choose from, and also a-la-carte menu including omelettes, pancakes and etc. Delicious meal!
