Everything was great. The hotel was at a fantastic location! In the heart of it all. The man who checked us in was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was great too.

Nice location, old hotel
It is generally a 2 star hotel, and people who book it should understand it and discount for that - I.e if your expectations are for 4 stars, you will not like it. We chose this hotel mainly because of it's location and were satisfied. Beware of no parking space !

Die Unterkunft war sauber und geräumig, die Lage ist Top. Parken in Karlsbad ist jedoch etwas schwierig.

Krásné lokace hotelu, ovšem náš pokoj s výhledem do dvora, což by nevadilo, kdyby byl dvůr upravený a uklizený, poloha hotelu si zaslouží i důstojný zadek :) Služby nebyly problém, čistota ok, jen by už asi stálo za to trochu do interiéru investovat (zašlapané koberce, od cigarety propálené záclony, rozbitý koš v koupelně, otluky na skříni...)
