It's conveniently located within walking distance to all the key sites to see in the center of Karlovy Vary. The room was very comfortable and staff were pleasant. The entrance way is a bit worn and dated, but otherwise, it's a very nice and clean hotel. I found the mattress in my room to very firm and a bit uncomfortable. The bedding was nice. Our room was very clean and very large. We overlooked the river with great views along the main shopping district. The manager Vlad, was very attentive to our needs and was a pleasure to deal with.
