Mindre hørlig betjening i baren, hvor det virkede som om, personalet havde alt for travlt med et selskab, tal at de kunne/ville betjene de "almindelige" gæster. Fantastisk område og dejlig natur."

"A great hotel in a great location. Beautifully situated overlooking the small village of Schröken, with beautiful valley and mountain views, with a very welcoming and kind staff. The only negative I can think of was that we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and moving furniture."

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "The stay at Hotel Edelweiss was, simply put, perfect! Along with an extremely courteous staff, the hotel offers so many options that make your stay wonderful. They have a fantastic breakfast/restaurant, gym, sauna, locker room, and it’s very close to the lifts in Zurs. I will absolutely stay here again!"

Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. The road between Warth and Lech is closed (not sure if it is a permanent thing for winters, but that means that Lech/Oberlech can only be reached by...
