There was an unexpected change to an alternate location instead of the guest house location that I booked which was a little confusing on arrival. Luckily I did not miss the pool. "I traveled to Nairobi, where I was picked up by a staff from hotel. Stayed at the Troy hotel for two weeks. I had plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. This experience was delightful being a single traveler. I recommend Troy hotel. It gave a family friendly atmosphere."
"Please don't reserve any rooms from this hotel. It's really not a hotel It's more like a motel. Very old rooms and very dirty no heater It's was very cold at night it was like sleeping outdoors. I will never reserve any rooms at the KAREN INN SUITE !!!!!!!!!"
