(311 reviews) The hotel is amazing, there is always something to do and the evening entertainment is probably the best we've seen. The buffet restaurant has a large variety of foods to cater for everyone. I would say that some proper napkins would be nice though as only tissues are used, even in the A La Carte restaurant, which we felt took away from the 5\* rating. There are plenty of bars around the hotel so you are never waiting long for a drink and also the bar staff were very accommodating and made other drinks that weren't on the menu. We did feel like the alcohol had been watered down significantly though. The pool was always just the right temperature, with the sea being just as warm. The hotel has been renovated recently, but they fixed it in a very bad way. It seems time ran away, and they wanted to open it before the season started, as the finishing shows in the pictures. Most of the workers here are not professional and are always angry for no reason. Housekeeping is horrible; I have never seen such bad quality cleaning in any 5-star hotel before. Honestly, for such payments, we expected much better services.
