The 25 m² studio in Kaprun accommodates up to 2 guests and features a cozy living and sleeping area with a seating corner and a well-equipped kitchenette, 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet.



Enjoy your private balcony with mountain views—perfect for experiencing the peaceful yet central location. The shared garden is ideal for relaxing. In summer, a communal playground and table tennis offer entertainment.
