Kein Baustellenlärm, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus (wenige Meter bis zum Treppenhaus oder Aufzug). Edeka, Bäcker, Italiener, Kaffee- und Weinbar waren innerhalb von wenigen Metern erreichbar. An den Strand (Weidenfelder Strand) gelangt man zu Fuß über die Hafenpromenade am Minigolf-Platz vorbei. Die Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Schlei ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirklich extrem hochwertig sowie umfangreich ausgestattet, wie z. B. WMF-Küchengeräte, Rösle-Töpfe, Nespresso-Maschine, Designerlampen, Ledercouch/-stühle, Fernseher mit Ambilight und Entertainment-system etc. Es gibt sogar einen Weber-Elektrogrill, der richtig power hat. Gerade weil wir ein bisschen Pech mit dem Wetter hatten (kühl und regnerisch), waren wir besonders froh, dass wir so eine gemütliche und stylische Wohnung hatten und aufgrund der breiten Fensterfront auch von drinnen die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Schlei und den Hafen genießen konnten. Direkt ein Gebäude weiter ist ein gut sortierter Edeka mit Bäcker und Feinkosttheke sowie ein Foodtruck - sehr praktisch! Preisleistung top!
