This stunning holiday home spans a generous 146 m² across three levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. Each level has its own private outdoor area offering unparalleled views of the water. From three terraces and a balcony, facing in all directions and also renovated during the refurbishment, you can experience the full beauty of nature. Imagine the sun rising in the east over the marina, giving you a golden start to the day. In the evening, you can enjoy the spectacular sunset over the Schlei fjord from the west-facing terrace. The absolute highlight is the rooftop terrace with its lounge area, offering a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of the shimmering water – a truly heavenly place to unwind. Inside the holiday home, pure luxury awaits: underfloor heating and a crackling fireplace ensure cozy warmth and comfort, no matter the season. After an eventful day, you can relax in the whirlpool tub or the private Finnish sauna – a perfect retreat for moments of pure wellness. An additional shower room is located on the second floor. Die Kleinigkeiten von Handseife über Backofenpapier , neuem Abwaschlappen haben uns persönlich sehr gefreut. Das kennen wir aus anderen Ferienhäusern so nicht. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist die Dachterasse, abgesehen von der Whirlwanne und der Sauna. Wer in diesem Ferienhaus was zu beanstanden hat, der jammert auf ganz hohem Niveau. Wäschepaket muss auch erwähnt werden, super saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
