Lækkert nyt byggeri med masser af plads og moderne faciliteter. Det bedste er dog panoramaudsigten til Slien og Kappeln. Der er gode spise- og indkøbsmuligheder tæt på. Sovesofaen i stuen er ikke af bedste kvalitet. Desuden mangler der gardiner, når der skal soves i stuen og spisebordet er lidt småt til 5 personer. Til 4 personer er lejligheden dog helt perfekt. Das Interieur kann man schon als exklusiv bezeichnen. Die Bilder spiegeln also die Realität wieder.
