Nach schlechten Erfahrungen mit anderen Anbietern waren wir mit dem Service bei Meerzeit sehr zufrieden. Alles ganz entspannt, sehr freundlich, schnell und wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Stühle sind ausgetauscht und nicht wie auf dem Foto. Der Ausblick ist auch nicht mehr so frei wegen wildwachsendem Sandorn. Alles war sehr sauber, aber der Staubsauger war nicht zu benutzen, weil er beim Nutzen sehr stark nach Hund gerochen hat. Auch die Sofakissen fand ich nicht so angenehm vom Geruch. Ich denke, dass dort auch ein Hund gelegen hat. Vielleicht sollten die häufiger gewaschen werden. Sonst war alles super. Vielen Dank ##### Jens E. Verified ### 4/10 Poor #### Phillipp G. 5 Aug 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy #### Leider nicht wie erwartet Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft dreckig, Handtücher fehlten, Staubsauger roch nach Hundekot, Spülmaschine aufgrund Wasserzuleitung ohne Funktion, Dunstabzugshaube (Umluft) roch nach altem Fisch, Wohnung war insgesamt abgewohnt, erkennbar an Streifen an der Wand und beschädigten Fußleisten. Die Mängel wurden nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der vermietenden Agentur weitestgehend behoben. So wurde nochmal ein Putzteam geschickt, der Staubsauger ausgetauscht und die Spülmaschine wieder in Gang gebracht (mit dem Resultat, dass die Kaltwasserleitung am Küchenwaschbecken abgedreht wurde). Die Dunstabzugshaubenfilter konnten erst nach einigen Tagen gewechselt werden, da diese erst bestellt werden mussten. Der beschriebene Whirlpool ist in der Wohnung nicht enthalten und die Dusche ist nur behindertengerecht, nachdem sich die Duschbrause nicht auf Überkopfhöhe einstellen lässt. Zum Ostseeresort lässt sich sagen, dass es dicht auf dicht bebaut ist und an ein lieblos gestaltetes Neubaugebiet erinnert. Ich vergebe noch zwei Sterne da die Kommunikation mit der Agentur wirklich super war und die Mitarbeiterinnen auch sehr motiviert und freundlich waren. Ansonsten bin ich was Ferienwohnung und Häuser angeht einiges gewohnt, aber die Wohnung als Luxus und für den Preis zu vermieten ist für mich nicht in Ordnung. ##### Phillipp G. Es war sogar eine Infrarotkabine vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick in den Hafen von Olpenitz haben wir sehr genossen. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das schönste ist die sonnige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen, einfach traumhaft schön. Wir genossen die Ruhe und die Sonne. Auf Grund der Wege zum einkaufen und essen gehen, empfiehlt es sich Räder dabei zu haben.
