Leider war am Anreisetag nicht die vorher bestellten und bezahlten Wäschepakete vorhanden. Es musste leider hinterher telefoniert werden. Nachdem ich 4 mal versucht hatte jemanden von der Ferienagentur zu kontaktieren, wurde ich dann zurück gerufen. Leider mussten wir dann selber die Wäschepakete abholen was für uns mit Stress und zusätzliche Arbeit verbunden war. Dadurch ging uns 1 Std. Erholung flöten.
