It offers stunning panoramic views of Kappeln's landmarks: the Schlei fjord, St. Nicholas Church, and the Dutch windmill Amanda can all be seen from the windows.

    The kitchen-diner offers various modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and an adjoining dining area. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and features a flat-screen TV with DVD player and a stereo system.
