It is located in the 3rd upper or attic floor of the residential and commercial building KLABAUTERMANN with exclusively quiet trade and thrones with it practically like a small house over the entire Baltic Resort! The interior of this extraordinary harbour apartment offers with living, dining and kitchen area (approx. 31 sqm), small balcony (2 x 2 m), hallway, bedroom as well as bathroom enough space to feel at home immediately - by the open and partly up to 4 m up to the roof ridge high ceilings a quite own charm develops here! Also a small infrared heat cabin is present! The special feature is however not only the unique view, but in particular also the situation directly in the harbour mile of the beautiful and straight again developing yacht harbour, the main attraction of the entire holiday resort at all. The morning or evening red and the sunsets over the port to observe is almost every day again a special colorful experience... Going on holiday together - living separately? Also for an extended family or two couples/small families who are on holiday together, but would like to live separately, this apartment is perfectly suited in connection with the somewhat smaller 50 sqm large 2-room harbour apartment "REEDERs NEST": In the same house, situated only on two different floors, these two apartments in a double pack together offer space for up to 8 people, but also the necessary distance! Excursion and shopping possibilities, restaurants, shops etc. are best in Kappeln an der Schlei, 7 km away, the infrastructure in Port Olpenitz regarding gastronomy, marina etc. is not yet finished, and the harbour mile itself is only in the making. However, an excellently equipped holiday apartment in a fascinating location at fair introductory prices awaits you NOW... The marina, more shops, cafes and restaurants are due to open soon. The public "Weidefelder Strand" is directly connected to the Port Olpenitz area in the south, is free of visitor's tax, 3 km long and of good sand quality.
