This exclusive ground-floor apartment offers not only comfort but also barrier-free living for everyone. With two stylishly furnished bedrooms, including a spacious double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a second room with two single beds, one of which is a generous 100 x 200 cm bed equipped with a lifting aid, there is ample space for the whole family. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep. The open-plan living and dining area creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Please note that this is a standard kitchen with a worktop height of approximately 91 cm. A fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere on rainy days. Relax in front of the flat-screen TV or enjoy the peace and quiet with a good book. Step out onto the partially covered terrace and enjoy the sea view while grilling on the electric barbecue. Die Türen, in der Tiefgarage, können über Taster geöffnet werden. Innerhalb der Wohnung und der Tiefgarage sind alle Türen für einen 73cm breiten Rollstuhl breit genug. Im Badezimmer kann das Waschbecken mit dem Rollstuhl unterfahern werden. Die Dusche ist mit einem Duschsitz und die Toilette mit einer entsprechenden Höhe und Haltegriffen ausgestattet. In der Küchenzeile ist die Spüle nicht zu unterfahren. Die Wohnung / Küche ist mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Der Weidefelder Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt, zum Edeka haben wir zu Fuß 15 Minuten gebraucht und zur gegenüberliegenden wunderschönen Badebucht 40 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, modern und perfekt für Rollstuhlfahrer. Wir haben unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse in der Morgensonne genossen und den Abendhimmel bei untergehender Sonne bestaunt. Leider ist ein barrierefreier Strandzugang wohl nur in Damp vorhanden, aber der Weg dauert nur 20 Minuten von der Wohnung aus und ist über die Bundesstraße leicht gefahren.
