  • The "Beach House" holiday home is located directly on the fine-sand private beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz and offers an impressive view of the Baltic Sea as well as a south-facing sun terrace.

    The high-end “Beach House” spans three floors and offers plenty of space for a relaxing beach holiday for up to four people.

    The bright living and dining area of the “Beach House” holiday home is located on the ground floor and serves as a central gathering place for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The integrated, fully equipped kitchen offers a high level of comfort. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the sunny side provide direct access to the adjacent sun terrace with a view of the resort’s sailing and recreational boat harbour. A guest bathroom on the ground floor adds to the comfort.

    A staircase leads to the ground floor, where two cosy bedrooms and the bathroom are located. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a TV, and its own south-facing balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, promising a restful night’s sleep. The adjoining bathroom, with its large whirlpool tub, invites you to spend relaxing hours at the Beach House even when the weather isn’t ideal.

    On the third floor, a cosy studio with two comfortable armchairs, a TV, a wood-burning stove, and a magnificent ocean view offers the ideal place to wind down at the end of the day. Die Unterkunft ist grandios. Super Ausblick auf den Hafen. Wunderbare Ausstattung, besonders die Küche hat mehr Utensilien geboten als man erwartet hat. Das Ein- und Auschecken war durch den Schlüsseltresor komplett kontaktlos. Der Strand direkt vor der Tür. Das Haus sehr sauber. Wir waren schon sehr oft in Ostsee Resort Urlaub machen, diese Unterkunft zählt zu unseren Top-Favoriten. Gerne wieder. ☺️

Es war wieder ein se...

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir waren nun zum 3. Mal im BeachHouse und werden sicherlich wieder buchen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses sowie das Interieur ist geschmackvoll ausgewählt, insbesondere der kleine Wellnessbereich im 3.Geschoss mit Sauna, Kaminofen und den gemütlichen Relaxsesseln hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem: ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus und eine unkomplizierte und nette Immobilienverwaltung. Vielen Dank noch einmal an das Team von Meerzeit.

Sehr schönes komfortabel ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu zweit da mit einem kleinen Hund . Perfekte Nähe zum Sandstrand. Sehr schöne Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer+Schlafzimmer+ Kaminzimmer. Die Highlights sind Whirlwanne - Sauna - Kaminzimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaft!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit vielen Extras, die sonst nicht üblich sind. Die Lage ist außerdem noch perfekt ... direkt an der Marina und nach nur 20 m hat man die Füße im Sand des kleinen Strands. Der Edeka-Markt im Resort bietet alles, was man so braucht. Ein Stern Abzug, da im Resort selbst nur ein Restaurant zur Verfügung steht (Italiener, aber gut).

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir waren zu Zweit und hatten so natürlich jede Menge Platz. Der Service war bei einer Nachfrage direkt erreichbar. Der Strand liegt direkt hinter dem Haus und der Jachthafen vorne. Whirlwanne ist mega. Sauna haben wir nicht getestet. Brötchen Lieferservice vor Ort. Tolle Lage. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Schöne Auszeit

Die Unterkunft lässt so gut wie keine Wünsche offen. Top Lage. Aufgrund der Fußbodenheizung, der schönen Sauna und dem Ofen ist dieses Haus auch im Herbst oder Winter super für einen Besuch geeignet. Nur die Matratzen sind eindeutig viel zu weich....leider. Sonst gab es nix zu meckern. Gerne wieder!

Hervorragend

Es war von Buchung bis Ende eine hervorragende Erfahrung. Das Beach House ist genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ich habe (im Januar) jeden Tag die Sauna genutzt. Toll, dass sie oben im 2.Stock ist und bequeme Ruhesessel vorhanden sind. Außerdem ist der Ausblick zu schön. Es war eine rundum gelungene Auszeit. Wunderschön!!!

Unser Urlaub im Beach House war rundum wunderschön. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Unser Hund war ebenfalls willkommen und erlebte mit uns einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub. Bei Fragen hatte man vor Ort jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner bei Meerzeit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Holidu Bewertung von 2023

Wir hatten wieder einmal (das 7.Mal) einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist nach der Renovierung noch schöner geworden. Es war sehr sauber, der Sevice und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Die Terasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Jachthafen absolut super dazu die Sonne den ganzen Tag (natürlich nur wenn sie scheint) Der kleine Privatstrand hinter dem Haus ( 50 Meter) war für unsere Enkelkinder ein Highlight Jetzt ist noch ein stand-up-paddling Verleih und ein kleiner Beach-Clup dazu gekommen. Alles war super, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
