In this holiday rental (three rooms, 84 m²) with its own sauna, you’ll have plenty of space and a direct, unobstructed PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE LAKE from both the living area and the bedrooms. From the moment you “wake up” until you “go to sleep,” you’ll enjoy being by (or even on) the Baltic Sea!

The holiday rental is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people (recommended occupancy: up to 4 people).

You’ll find everything you need for a wonderful holiday, including:
- A fully equipped kitchen area (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, waffle iron, egg cooker, etc.),
- modern, large satellite TVs (55-inch) in the living room and in both bedrooms (32-inch),
- free Wi-Fi access throughout the entire apartment.
- Additional amenities: two hi-fi systems with Bluetooth and a collection of games.

The living area is furnished with a cosy fold-out corner sleeper sofa (sleeps two). The dining area, located in front of the high-quality kitchen, is visually separated from the living area.

The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed.

The shower room with toilet features a clear-glass shower enclosure, and the spacious mirror above the sink is illuminated. A radio built into the shower room rounds out the amenities.

Feel like a sauna session? We’ve thought of that, too. Across from the shower room, you’ll find a sauna with an infrared feature for up to 2 people.

The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped living units. Couples seeking relaxation will feel just as at home in the two- and three-room apartments as families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: There, holidaymakers can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee while watching the action on the water up close, or reflect on the day’s events in the evening with a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of these bright and spacious living units.
The carefully coordinated colours of the flooring, furniture, and home textiles create a harmonious whole. Satellite TV with Sky channels provides entertainment. Some apartments feature a private sauna. Each apartment comes with a parking space, either in the underground garage or outdoors. An lift provides convenient access to the apartments on the upper floors. An on-site reception desk ensures a stress-free arrival. The team is happy to address any questions or concerns guests may have and offers tips for a varied holiday experience in the region. A spacious bike storage room is available for active holidaymakers.
