The Aloha Lounge is located on the top floor of the Klabautermann II building, directly on the Olpenitz harbor promenade. Upon entering the apartment, you can see the water through the wide, floor-to-ceiling windows. The light-filled, loft-style living, kitchen, and dining area with its exceptionally high ceilings offers a variety of perspectives. Depending on the light, different seating options are available, making the 80 m² feel even more spacious. The balcony appears to float above the harbor promenade. Whale watching included! With a bit of luck, you might spot porpoises in the harbor basin. The living room features a comfortable, water-colored sofa that also serves as an additional sleeping option (140 x 200 cm). Here you'll wake up to a view of the water. A flat-screen TV is integrated into the view and can be flexibly positioned to face the sofa or dining area. The large dining table with comfortable armchairs seats four people. The open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a stove with a ceramic hob and extractor hood, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, you'll also find a coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a comprehensive selection of cookware and tableware. In the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable Tom Tailor box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), ample storage space for your wardrobe, and another flat-screen TV. The electrically operated skylight allows you to let in the cool night air when desired. Blackout blinds are fitted to the windows, and the skylight can also be darkened. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a washer/dryer. Should you wish to relocate your home office to Olpenitz, a desk is available for you in the hallway. Our vacation apartment features underfloor heating throughout. Three electric skylights ensure good ventilation and temperature control in all rooms. The "Aloha Lounge" is therefore the perfect vacation retreat in every season. "Aloha" is not just a word, but a way of life. Hawaiians use it in a variety of ways as a greeting, as a sign of harmony and hospitality. In this spirit – Aloha and welcome! Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, sie ist hell und freundlich, auch durch die Dachfenster. Es fehlt an nichts. Von Vorteil war für mich vor allem aufgrund meiner Gehbehinderung auch, dass der Parkplatz eine ausreiche Breite hat.und relativ nah ist. Außerdem ist ein Aufzug vorhanden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Hafenpromenade mit einigen Geschäften und Imbissmöglichkeiten. Als Supermarkt ist EDEKA zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Geschirr, Besteck, Pfann.. Von tiefen Tellern abgesehen hat diese Wohnung alles was man braucht. Das Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen und Töpfe sind sehr hochwertig und waren gefühlt neu! Es gibt in allen Bereichen genug Platz um alles mögliche zu verstauen. Das Schlafzimmer kann perfekt abgedunkelt werden. Im Wohnzimmer und Essbereich gibt es keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Das Sofa ist bequem, die Schlaffunktion haben wir nicht getestet. Der Blick auf die Schlei und das Hafenbecken hat was. Edeka mit Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung gefallen, würden aber nicht in der Hochsaison hin wollen. Der Eingangsbereich im dritten Stock ist nichts für Leute mit Höhenangst.
