This ground floor flat with its modern, Scandinavian design and up-to-date media technology welcomes you to a fantastic location directly on the Schlei. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the light-flooded living and dining area provide an unobstructed view of the water. Treat yourself to cosy moments in the infrared sauna in the dark season and enjoy the high-quality and stylish furnishings of your completely ground-floor domicile during cosy TV evenings on the large flat screen or during sociable games evenings with your loved ones.



Watch the passing sailing ships in the warm evening sun on the terrace adjoining the living area. Whether you're enjoying a barbecue in the open air or a book and wine on the sofa, the breathtaking backdrop is like a picture-book panorama. The second terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day long, is accessed from the two bedrooms.



The green area around the house invites you to play and sunbathe.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own.
