Whether it's a leisurely stroll along the lively harbour promenade or a day at the beach, the central location of the property opens up all kinds of possibilities, as both attractions are within easy walking distance. Two spacious terraces, which are bathed in sunshine throughout the day, invite you to relax and enjoy the unrivalled sunrises and sunsets on offer. In addition to the natural beauty of the surroundings, amenities such as underfloor heating, an inviting wood-burning stove and a private wellness area ensure that you will experience maximum comfort at any time of year. A modern Smart TV is available for indoor entertainment, complemented by the high-quality Telekom Home Entertainment programme. The light-flooded living and dining area of the holiday home impresses with large panoramic windows that lead out onto the adjoining terraces on both sides. The spacious living area offers a breathtaking view of the sailing and sports boats in the harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz.
