Exquisitely renovated and tastefully decorated in Summer 2022, our Northwest Maui vacation villa set atop the ridge just above the Kapalua shoreline is the ideal location for your next Hawaii vacation. Kapalua Ridge Villas 2612 is positioned in the most sought after location on the entire property with ocean views overlooking the beautiful blue waters of the Pailolo Channel between Maui and the island of Molokai.

NOTICE: Unit 611 will undergo renovations starting March 1st, 2024, with an estimated completion date in the first week of June.The villas are situated at a comfortable distance from each other, and the noise generated during the project is unlikely to significantly impact other units.To minimize disruption, noise-generating work will be limited to weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Saturdays will involve quieter tasks, and there will be no work on Sundays or holidays.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Kapalua Bay won numerous awards for excellence including "Best Beach in the World" by Dr. Beach and “Best Beach in the US,” by Conde Nast. Kapalua Resort is a “low impact” resort; thus, guests staying at The Ridge find that they have the luxury of near endless activities available to them, but, without the large crowds, the traffic and noise. Guests will enjoy two golf courses the PGA ‘s Plantation Course and The Bay Course offer majestic views.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

Beautiful location. Property is well maintained and lovely. Directions and tips from the owner were helpful. I appreciated the extra touches such as beach towels, chairs, etc one less item I needed to bring. Also really appreciated having multiple coffee filters - no need to bring or buy while there.

This condo was fully renovated, beautiful outside and inside, all on one level! The backyard was just beautiful, we sat out there and searched for whales, stunning sunsets and star gazed! The interior was beautiful, we loved the bathrooms and washer dryer! Beach equipment, chairs, towels, even found a speaker to stream music in one beach chair! My sister in law loved the Murphy bed, ver comfortable! Hope to come back!!

I can’t say enough about this amazing condo. From the moment you step through the front door “oh my gosh, this is awesome” is what comes to mind. Completely updated interior design including technology upgrades. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We especially enjoyed all the Yeti drinkware. Everything was first class. The views were wonderful. The community was quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to beaches, Honolua General Store and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We LOVED EVERYTHING about our stay. Also. The check in and check out process was a breeze. I give this place 10 stars!!!!

Hello, There are few things I wanted to give my input on. 1. There was some kind of garage carport roof construction for the whole week we were there. It woke us up pretty much everyday since it is by the bedroom. We can't even stay in bed to relax because of all the banging, drilling and construction noise. 2. Televisions did not work on our last night. It has a message of "no network connection". 3.The white towels smells damp even after I ended up washing it a couple of times coming from the drawer. We even went to get downy unstoppable and it still has the smell. 4. On the booklet that has the house rules, carport 12 is available to use for parking. It was not available the whole time we were there. It had a covered suv parked in it the whole eight days we were there. Other than that it was a very good stay. I specialy love how it has a very functional lay out and beautiful view of the ocean. Thank you for a good vacation! Annalie
