Place is amazing! Just as pictured on site. Whales were there every morning while we had coffee. Could use new dishes and glasses but we made it work. Excellent place to stay!

Perfect for our trip to Maui

This property was in excellent condition and a fantastic location! Everything you need is here except for the food and drink. The local store on the Kapalua resort property has all you need at very good prices, even the t-shirts. No need to stop at Costco unless you need the bulk stuff. Within a 5 minute walk to some great beaches to the left or right. Beach towels and chairs were great too! If you’re going to come to Maui this is the place to stay in our opinion. 5 stars plus!!

Great Location

This place is situated close to everything we enjoy and all within a short walk. The excellent location is probably what we liked the best about the condo. There are minor items due to saltwater corrosion but the condo is properly maintained, clean, and very comfortable. We’ll be back!

This was a great stay!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in November and really loved it. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are incredible, almost feeling like you're in an old Roman bathhouse. The patio pictures were one of the main deciding factors on this place and it does not disappoint. Nice amount of shade (mornings) versus sun (afternoons) with the ability to sit and stare out at the ocean. The place is better stocked with small consumables like soaps, shampoo/conditioner/lotion and cleaning detergents than any rental we've done before. It's about a 10 minute walk in either direction to one of two beaches. And the less used beach is only a 3 minute walk if you want to move your car to the parking area closer to it (which is nice if you want to haul chairs and such). And yes, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, etc... When we first arrived, the tub wouldn't drain and there was a visual defect on the TV (single line of dead pixels). KBM had someone out to fix the tub within hours and a brand new smart TV installed the next morning. I was surprised on the TV since it was still technically functional and could see other landlords taking their time to replace to get the best deal possible. All in all, this was a great stay.

Super condo in Kapalua

this property met all our expectation, then exceeded them. Our trip was a special birthday celebration, and we wanted everything to be just right. this condo was perfect. It was along the Kapalua trail, and only about two blocks walk from Kapalua Bay Beach, where we spent most every day snorkeling and enjoying the sun. Easy access to excellent restaurants (make reservations early due to COVID-19 requirements) and to both Ka'anapali and Lahaina resulted in 9 days of staying put in north Maui.

Perfect Location

We have been to Maui many times and this is our new favorite place to stay. Very clean and great communication with the host. Everything we needed was in the condo. We loved the location as we could walk to snorkeling, waves, running paths, cliff jumping. Our teenagers had plenty to do.

Great Location!!

We stayed for 8 nights and this was the perfect location! Being right off the coast trail was fun and made everything convenient. We spent many days at Kapalua Bay snorkeling. There are great places to eat nearby. And, you can't beat the view from this location. We look forward to coming back in the future!!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and location was amazing. However, there are are some things that need repair: toilet ran and ran and we had to turn the water off at the valve the first day, kitchen faucet sprayer is broken, one of the faucet knobs in bathroom is broken, salt grinder chamber was missing. There is also zero in the kitchen- not even salt, pepper or any basic spices. Beds are super soft.

Very nice Kapalaua Bay Villa!!

We stayed at the Ridge Villas for our first week and this Bay Villa for our second week. This location is right next to two nice tennis courts and steps from the beach. This was good for our crew. Well appointed and stocked. Thanks for a great vacation!
