Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, HI
I paid extra for an ocean view room. I was given a room with a tree right in front of the window. The hotel refused to give me a different room or refund the money I paid for an ocean view room. The room should have been sold as a “partial ocean view.”

cute place, in town, convenient, the only thing was I paid for king size bed rooms, and one room only had a queen, I paid for 2 separate rooms, both should have had a king size bed, only one room did. another thing was there were bugs flying around, looked like gnats of some sort, our room was polluted. ...
