The office where you pick up the keys is literally 5 minutes from the airport. They handed me an envelope with the keys and detailed instructions about parking and other important information. When we arrived at the condo, we were greeted with thoughtful touches, like a reusable shopping bag and locally made Kauai cookies and coffee, which I thought was a very nice gesture. The house was very clean. It felt a little warm initially because all the windows were closed, but once we opened them, the airflow cooled down the space. There are also several fans in the room that you can use, but on some days, I actually felt chilly. The view is spectacular, especially the sunrises, as the condo is located on the east side. The house is very well-equipped, including a fully stocked kitchen. We also found beach chairs and a cooler that you can take to the beach. The area is very quiet and in a great location, whether you want to explore the north or head to the west side of the island. Additionally, the host was very kind and allowed us to stay in the property until the evening on our check-out day for a very reasonable price, as our flight didn’t leave until 10:30 PM and they didn’t have any reservations for the following day. ##### Mabel L.
