The property consists of a Front Cottage, The Hale (where this unit is located) and a parking lot for the Hale Renter and the Owners (who live 0n site). We are close to town (5-7min walk) the Beach (6 min walk) and bus service is within a short distance (walkable). To our New Guests and our repeating Guests, we are constantly upgrading the accommodations at Ohia Kai Vacation Rentals. Short drives to nearby beaches. Best part about the property was friendly and very accommodative hosts. The property was clean, spacious and well equipped. Not apparent to us until we arrived is that you not only have a large living & dinning space, but also almost double that outside on a large lanai. Located in the heart of Kapaa, you are minutes from stores and a very short drive from Safeway or other grocery stores. The beach is also a short walk away and has a cement/asphalt walkway at least 4.5 miles long from which we saw whales breaching. ##### Gary C.
