Grounds are clean, poolside is just right. We liked the boardwalk for some exercise and the beach is nice ambiance for relaxing (but there's better beaches on Kauai). The room is a studio, so know that it's not huge. I wouldn't want to try to cram 4 people in this and the kitchenette is tiny to the point of dainty. But for the price you get good value. Surprisingly well equipped for the size and great bathroom. If you want a sunrise room (we did) this one is perfect. ##### Jonathan P. The AC was cold; the bed was comfortable. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. There is a small Frig in the room. We grabbed ice from an ice maker on the property and made drinks in our room to enjoy on the balcony or by the pool. The wifi worked great and it was easy to use the code to access the room. The condo has silverware, plates, bowls, cups and bbq tongs for the gas bbqs that we used a couple times. We’ll be back. ##### Tammy L.
