We especially loved the little touches beach chairs, and even local coffee to start our mornings right.The location couldn’t be better: steps from the sand, a short walk to shops and restaurants, and just a quick drive to all the island’s top attractions. We used the pool and the local beach access. Both were wonderful, but the beach was better. Communications with the managers were easy and responsive.The continuous sounds of the wind in the trees and the ocean’s waves were so very relaxing. It was a great view of the ocean allowing you to be so close you could hear the waves. The property grounds were well taken care of. The kids loved gecko hunting and the pool. Grandma enjoyed watching the waves on the lanai and seeing the weather come through while enjoying the constant breeze. And there is nothing better than grilling with the sound of waves while being able to watch the kids swim. The condo is centrally located and made it easy to explore the island and chase the sun on beach days. Great condo, good times. ##### DA O. The balcony is beautiful. Ate all our meals outside with views of the beach and ocean. The beach isn’t one to swim off of due to logs and large rocks in the ocean, but it’s pretty to look at. My son did fish from the beach with some luck. Close to other beaches, Waimea river for kayaking and fishing, and a bakery across the street sold fantastic Malasadas (Portuguese donuts). Beautiful views of the pool , beach and ocean from the lanai. There was a little tropical storm hanging out in the pacific while we were there and it was nice to go north, south, and to the Waimea Canyon with an easy drive. We walked to the Coconut Marketplace several times for food, shopping, farmers market and entertainment. Our only disappointment was a dirty and rusty grill, which the owner said he would address upon our departure. We’re a family of eight and made the sleeping arrangements work, but this was possible only because we had four kids with us. ##### Valerie C. Theis place is incredible and I highly recommend it!! We love the morning sunrises and were entertained watching the surfers. We saw a Hawaiian seal at the beach basically in front of the lanai. Several lightbulbs out, Broken and rusted out fans. ( that would’ve not been a big deal if there was AC but there’s no AC so you count on fans to keep the breeze blowing.) carpet filthy with stains, living room and bedroom upstairs; Couch, dirty all the towels smelled like musty mildew. The grill was missing the grate, was absolutely filthy could not use. I had random people texting me asking me how my stay was going when I answered them with pictures and told them about my concerns.
