The Space: This beautiful ground floor condo is 50 steps from one of the best looking pools on Kauai. The condo is blessed with great sunset views then shade in the afternoon and the lanai has the sounds of the ocean waves kissing the shore. This condo has been updated with Split air conditioning to ensure you stay cool. New windows and patio slider door were installed for added comfort during your visit! Access to the condo is by a nearly private pathway to and from the condo that is away from parking lot . Watch your family from your lanai while they swim and play in the heated pool or run around our nicely manicured lawn. Our condo is decorated in an old world, yet tasteful Hawaiian style and the kitchen is well stocked for people who like to cook and grill. Enjoy the flat screen TV, incredibly comfortable king size bed, Murphy bed in living room, coolers and beach chairs that all ready for your enjoyment and relaxation. Amenities: Air Conditioning. We also appreciated the pool being nicely heated as it has not been in the past. The kitchen was really well stocked and even had a sippy cup for my younger child. In my opinion the ground floor building 1 was the perfect place so the kids could run around on the grass and jump in the pool easily or walk out to the beach. The patio was semi private, great view, kitchen stocked with all the kitcheware you would need. Only thing missing was air conditioner. A 2 min walk from Lava Lava Beach Club which had live music every evening—great food and drinks breakfast-on. If you’re a Costco member, make a 10-15 min trip to Lihue for food and alcohol ( they sell beer/wine and hard alcohol). It will save you a ton of money vs eating out/high grocery store prices and this condo’s kitchen is extremely well-stocked. Only negative is lack of true A/C—not good airflow through the condo at the time we stayed (early Oct) and fans/portable ac unit in bedroom did not cut it on a warm sunny day (western exposure on lanai/family room/kitchen made it really heat up). If you travel at a cooler time with good winds, don’t hesitate to book this place. ##### Anita O.
