You will be located in the heart of Kapaa and within walking distance of everything you need. You can enjoy your meals on the lanai overlooking the pool and the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is well-stocked if you decide to cook, instead of enjoying Kauai's local cuisine. Guests have access to the entire property, and are entitled to use both swimming pools including the oceanfront pool in front of building A. Feel free to lounge at the shoreline to watch the sunrise. The guests may access the game room in building A and also the covered gas BBQ grills located beside building A. Location across from Safeway was perfect for us, as we don't eat out. Also perfect for bro & sis-in-law, as they rented a car and wandered the island's beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We had spent the night flying to Honolulu from American Samoa and arrived in Kauai before 9 am. I had asked the property owner if we could at least leave our baggage in the condo before official check-in time and was reminded for the third time that we would be charged $250 for early check-in. So we sat on the beach with our suitcases until it started to rain. Then we sat in the lobby of the neighboring property until 4 pm. The unit itself was great except for the screeching sliding door of the second bedroom. We had to just leave it open at night so we didn't wake the neighborhood when opening or closing it.
