This resort sits on 6 acres of lushly landscaped oceanfront gardens, swimming pool, tiki bar, hot tub, covered palapas, beach side lawn chairs, outdoor grills, next door to the famous Lava Lava Restaurant and Bar. Walking distance to everything! The space Open the sliding glass doors to allow the sound of the ocean waves and breezes to lull you to sleep. Or opt to sleep in the AC with the doors closed and you can still hear the ocean! When you awaken feeling rested and refreshed, sit out on your lanai with your morning coffee and enjoy the magic of a beachfront Kauai sunrise.The beach is directly behind the condo. Enjoy swimming and also sunbathing on chaise lounges on the sand. Or relax in the sparkling pool and hot tub while grabbing a cold drink from the Tiki Bar.
This 3rd floor unit features travertine stone floors throughout, granite countertops, mahogany cabinets, air conditioning, island-style furnishings, a fully functioning small kitchen, TWO refrigerators (instead of the typical dorm style mini fridge in a lot of units), microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and pans, cooking utensils and coffee maker. Two full size beds, and a new large flat screen smart TV with cable on demand and an electronic safe. We also provide beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler.

Please obtain a parking pass at the Front Desk. All other communication regarding anything else goes through us as we are not a part of the Aston Hotel.
